VOORHEESVILLE-Olga R. Lassonde, 99 passed away on Sunday, September 1, 2013. She was born in Deferiet, NY the daughter of the late Francis and Anna (Frattura) Vellutino and has resided in Albany and Voorheesville for most of her life. Olga baked and decorated cakes for Freihofer's and was a waitress for the Sunset Bowling Alley. She also was a data Entry Operator for the NYS Dept. of Criminal Justice.
Olga is survived by her loving son Ronald F. (Linda) Lassonde of Albany; her beloved grandson Ronald J. Lassonde of Mechanicsville; two brothers Frank (Joyce) Vellutino and Renato (Marti) Vellutino and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, Olga was predeceased by her husband Howard D. Lassonde, son Donald Lassonde and by her sisters Edith Thorton, Inez Ferrari and Dora Piccoli.
Services will be held at the convenience of the family.
Interment will be at Calvary Cemetery, Glenmont.
