WATERVLIET- Oren B. Phillips, Jr- died Monday Oct. 17, 2011 at the Stratton VA Medical Center in Albany. Survived by his son John (Carol) Phillips and Granddaughter Tiffany of Saratoga Springs, NY.
Visitation Wednesday Oct. 19, from 4-8pm at New Comer Cannon Funeral Home, 343 New Karner Rd., Albany. Interment with full military honors, Thursday Oct. 20 at 11:00am at the Gerald BH Solomon Saratoga National Cemetery, Schuylerville.
