Guilderland- Pamela R. "Wakeley" Flubacher went home to be with the lord on Tuesday, December 1, 2015.
She was born in Glens Falls to the late Stephen and Annette Monouydas.
Pam was a graduate of South Glens Falls High School and Palm Beach University. She enjoyed over 30 years in the real estate business and had a passion for matching people to their ideal homes. She loved baking, crocheting, and most recently, quilting, especially with the ladies of Sit and Sew. She enjoyed many years touring up and down the east coast on her Harley Davidson Heritage Springer Softail along with her husband. She was very devoted to Grace Bible Church, and watched over the children in the nursery. " Yaya" also loved hiking with her grandchildren in Thatcher Park.
Pam is survived by her husband of 22 years, Steve Flubacher, daughter Sarah (Mark) Kowalski, grandchildren, Brenna and Ryan Kowalski, sisters Deborah McMullen and Stephanie Raptis, aunts, uncles, in-laws and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
Special thanks to the Hospice staff at St Peter's, especially Julie, Cindy, and Sam for their wonderful care. Thank you also to all at NYOH.
A funeral Service will take place on Saturday, December 5, 2015 at 10:00am at Grace Bible Church 1279 Loudon Rd, Cohoes. Calling hours will be held at New Comer Funeral Home, 343 New Karner Road, Albany on Sunday, December 6, 2015 from 4:00pm-7:00pm. Burial will take place on Monday, December 7, 2015 at 10:00am at Memory Gardens Cemetery.
