Pat Hough

Schenectady – Patricia Ann Hough, 49, passed away Thursday April 17, 2008 at Albany Medical Center Hospital surrounded by her loving family. Pat was born in Troy, July 6, 1958 the daughter of Walter V. and Charlotte Bartholomew. She was predeceased by her father.

Pat was a loving and caring person who will always be remembered for placing others before herself. She was a true nurturer, taking great care of the people in her life, most especially, her husband Jerry. Pat liked to crochet and loved to cook, her spaghetti sauce being her family's favorite.

She is survived by her devoted husband Jerry Hough, her loving mother Charlotte Bartholomew, three brothers, five sisters and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.

The funeral service will be 11:00am Tuesday at New Comer-Cannon Funeral Home, 343 New Karner Rd. Colonie (Rt. 155 south of Central Ave.). Calling hours will be Monday 4:00 to 7:00pm at the funeral home. Interment will follow the service at Memory's Garden Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to American Cancer Society
