Patricia A. Devine

BALLSTON LAKE - Patricia A. "Patsy" Devine, 68, passed away on Monday, September 10, 2012 at Saratoga Hospital after a long illness. Born in Albany, she was the daughter of the late Robert and Mary Calhoun.

Patsy worked for the Scotia Diner for many years. She retired due to illness. In her free time, she loved fishing, camping and putting together puzzles. Patsy enjoyed music, singing, dancing and interior decorating. Patsy was also a dedicated and avid fan of the Young and the Restless Soap Opera. She appreciated the time she spent with family and was a beloved mother and devoted grandmother. Patsy touched the lives of all who met her.

Along with her parents, Patsy was predeceased by her brother, Peter Calhoun.

She is survived by her companion of 25 years, Frank Loucks; children John M. Devine of Guilderland, Kelly M. Devine of Ft. Johnson and Tracy M. Devine of Niskayuna; step-children David, Kristin, Michele and Ryan Loucks; brother Robert (Sharon) Calhoun; grandchildren Christopher, Sabrina, Kristlynn, Katrina, John, Jr., Daniel, Danielle, Rachel and Ashley; great-grandson Christopher, Jr., godson David Judeikis; niece and nephews Jimmy Devine, Ruthy Devine, Fred Calhoun and Petey Calhoun.

A memorial service will be held on Friday at 1:00 pm at New Comer Cannon Funeral Home, 343 New Karner Road, Colonie. Memorial calling hours will precede the service from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm at the funeral home.
