SCHENECTADY – Patricia A. Nagell, 75, passed away on Saturday, August 2, 2008 at Ellis Hospital, surrounded by her loving family.
Patricia was born on April 2, 1933 in Niskayuna and was the daughter of the late William and Mary (Falconer) Galbraith. She graduated from Mount Pleasant High School in 1951. She worked for many years as a secretary.
Patricia was a longtime and active member of the Lisha's Kill Reformed Church in Schenectady. She enjoyed puzzles and her guinea pig, Oreo.
Patricia is survived by her husband of 55 years, James V. Nagell; her sons, Jeffery (Mary Jo) Nagell and Timothy (Sharon) Nagell; her sister-in-law, Patricia Galbraith; her lifelong friend, Elsa Sakacs; 5 grandchildren, a great-granddaughter and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her brother, William Galbraith.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend funeral services at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday at the Lisha's Kill Reformed Church, 2131 Central Ave., Schenectady. Interment will follow at the Fisher Cemetery in Rotterdam. There will be no calling hours.
