Patricia A. Riley

May 12, 1931 — August 14, 2012

LATHAM – Patricia A. Riley, 81, passed away on Tuesday, August 14, 2012 at Albany Medical Center Hospital after a long illness. Born in the Capital District, she was the daughter of the late John McGrath and Patricia Hartwell Koett.
Pat worked for King's Department Store and retired from Memorial Hospital. In her free time, she enjoyed sewing and painting. Pat was a cat lover and loved spending time with her family.
Along with her parents, Pat was predeceased by her Husband of 28 years, Herbert P. Riley; sisters Tracy Friedman and Sheila Wilson, and brother John McGrath.
She is survived by her daughter Colleen "Cindi" (Jay) Bauer of Albany and several nieces and nephews.
A Memorial Service will be held on Monday at 12:00 pm at New Comer Cannon Funeral Home, 343 New Karner Road, Colonie. A memorial calling hour from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm will precede the service at the funeral home. Interment will be held at Gerald B.H. Solomon Saratoga National Cemetery, Schuylerville. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Lung Association, 155 Washington Ave., Suite 210, Albany, NY 12210 or Mohawk & Hudson River Humane Society, 3 Oakland Ave., Albany, NY 12208 in Pat's name.
