Patricia Ann Mason

ALBANY - Patricia Ann Mason, 50, passed away suddenly on Tuesday, August 23, 2005 at her home in Los Angles, CA.
At the time of her death, she had over 29 years of service with the United States Postal Office in Los Angles. Born in Albany on April 14, 1955, she was the third child and second daughter of the late Paul G. and Eleanor Dyson Mason, Sr. She was baptized at Morning Star Missionary Baptist Church where she attended from an early age. She graduated from South Colonie Central High School in 1973.
A brother, Preston Dyson, predeceased Patricia. Pat, as she preferred to be called, is survived by her beloved aunt, Shirley Dyson of Washington, D.C., one sister, Diane (Robert) Powell of Wynantskill, and three brothers, Van C. Dyson of Albany; Paul G. Mason Jr. of Columbia, MD and Bryant M. Mason of Los Angles, CA. Her adored nieces, nephews and great nieces and great nephews, as well as a host of cousins also survive her.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday, September 3, 2005 at 10:00 a.m. at New Comer-Cannon Family Funeral Home 343 New Karner Road, Colonie (Rt. 155-South of Central Ave.) Interment will follow at Memory's Garden in Colonie. Calling hours will be held on Friday, September 2, 2005 from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
