Patricia "Pat" Chase 80, On Wednesday March 13, 2024, entered Heaven. Her love and dedication to her family will forever inspire all she left behind.
Predeceased by her parents Earl and Mary Sebast, sister Shirley Sebast, father and mother in-law Bing and Elaine Chase, brother in-laws Donald Masick and John Grosso and her beloved pets Rolo and Chipper.
Pat is survived by her brother Dave (Eileen) Sebast, sisters Kathy Longood and Nancy Masick, sister in-law Diane Grosso and brother in-law Kevin (Lianne) Chase. In addition, she leaves behind her daughters and son in-laws Kathy (Dan) McCullough, Kris (Matt) Karl and Kelly (Alan) Brown who loved her with all their hearts; grandsons and their life partners Dave (Ashley) Brad (Megan), Matt (Jessica), Mike (Lacey), Tom (Ashley), Christopher and Pat; granddaughters and their life partners Martina, Lauren (Joe), Mary (Anthony), Michelle and Lizzy (Corbin); great grandchildren Chase, Cade, Connor, Maggie, Molly, Dan, Mason, Maddox, Cameron, Madeline, Leo, Charlie, Theodore, Frank, Carter, Jack, Maryn, Marley, Isaiah, TJ, Ted, Lana, Delaney and a baby girl on the way. Pat also shared her love and leaves behind many nieces and nephews, cousins and friends.
Pat's legacy is raising her daughters to become remarkable mothers for which they are forever grateful.
Affectionately known as "Gram", "Nana" and "GG", her favorite role was that of a grandmother. She treasured her time with her grandkids and great grandchildren.
Pat retired from Price Chopper after 25 years of service. She is passionate about her NY Yankees, Facebook friends and her slots.
Not fond of the cold, the family will be planning a Celebration of Life event in June.
