Patricia E. Moore

COLONIE – Patricia E. Moore, 77, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, January 20, 2009 at the Guilderland Center Nursing Home. She was born on January 19, 1932 in Menands, NY and graduated in 1950 from Catholic Central High School in Troy. Mrs. Moore worked for many years at Albany Savings Bank from where she retired. Patricia was an avid N.Y. Yankees fan and also enjoyed bowling, volleyball, dancing and vacationing in Florida. She was predeceased by her beloved husband, Jack Moore in May, 1989. Patricia is the devoted mother of two sons, Kevin Moore and his wife, Mary Ann and Jim Moore, all of Colonie. She is the cherished grandmother of Trisha and Sean and loving great-grandmother of Emma and Jack. The family would like to thank the staff at Guilderland Center Nursing Home for the care and support given to Patricia during her stay.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial on Saturday at 9:00 a.m. at St. Clare's Church, Colonie. Calling hours will be Friday from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m. at New Comer-Cannon Funeral Home, 343 New Karner Rd., Colonie (Rt. 155-south of Central Ave). Interment will be in St. Agnes Cemetery, Menands. Memorial contributions would be appreciated to the Alzheimer's Association of Northeastern NY, 85 Watervliet Avenue, Albany, NY 12206-2083 in memory of Patricia E. Moore.
