Patricia Elliotte Emanuel, 61, passed away peacefully on February 16, 2015 at her home with her family by her side.
Patricia was born January 30, 1954, in Brooklyn, New York, the daughter of Mildred and Earl Elliotte.
Patricia worked for the Albany School District at Giffen Elementary School for many years.
Patricia was very sociable, she was a loving mother, grandmother and great grandmother; she loved spending time with her family and friends.
She was preceded in death by her grandmother, Ruth Davis, her great grandmother Mary Ivery and her great aunt, Eartie May.
In addition to her parents, Patricia is survived by her husband of over 13 years, Victor Emanuel, her dauther Akima (Robert Coles) Elliotte, her grandfather, Thomas Davis "Poppi", her sisters and brothers, Yvonne Elliotte, Barry (Joyce) Elliotte, Karen Elliotte, Darryl Elliotte and Earl Elliotte. She is also survived by five grandchildren, seven great grandchildren and a host of other close family members.
Funeral Service will be on Tuesday, February 24, 2015 at 1:00 pm at Metropolitan New Testament Baptist Church, 105 Second St., Albany, NY 12210. Visitation will precede the service from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm at the church. Interment will follow the service in Albany Rural Cemetery, Menands, NY.
