Rotterdam- Patricia A. Grzywaczewski passed away peacefully on July 27, 2021 at home with her family.
She was born on November 19, 1938 daughter of the late Joseph and Rose Klobukowski.
Patty and her husband are longtime members of St. Gabriel's Church. She attended nursing school at St. Mary's in Amsterdam. She worked as a nurse for many years retiring from Bellevue Woman's Hospital. She celebrated her Polish heritage by enjoying Polish food, music and dancing.
She was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother, she leaves behind many cherished memories of times spent with family.
Patty is survived by her beloved husband 60 years Paul A. Grzywaczewski; their children, Jeff Grzywaczewski (Maureen Kelly), Jackie Grzywaczewski (Tom Bartnicki); grandchildren, Joe Grzywaczewski and Miranda Quick (Damien) and many cousins and friends.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Saturday, July 31, 2021 at 10:30am at St. Madeleine Sophie Church, 3500 Carman Rd., Schenectady, NY 12303. Interment will follow at St. Stanislaus Cemetery, Amsterdam, NY.
Memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or a charity of ones choosing.
