ALBANY – Patricia L. Croft, 66, passed away on Friday, March 21, 2014 at St. Peter's Hospital in Albany, NY.
Patricia was born on October 21, 1947 in Harlem, New York and was the daughter of the late Lindwood and Rose (Bain) Holland and wife of the late Thomas R. Croft Sr.
Patricia worked as a supervisor for the Department of Social Security Services for more than thirty years and retired in 2003. She was known to everyone who knew her as Pat. Pat was known to her family as the collector because she enjoyed her small antiques novalities.
Patricia is survived by her loving children, Thomas R. Croft of Central NJ and Linda Croft of Albany, NY; her siblings, Thomas (Lorraine) Holland of Georgia, Brandy Holland of Mt. Vernon, NY, Michael (Margaret) Holland of Albany, NY, Robin (Alvin) Jordan of St. Albans, NY, Christopher (Tana) Holland of Largo, FL, Jeanette (Walter) Creamer of NY, NY and the late Phillip Holland of Georgia; her grandchildren, Terrance Montgomery, Tanyjah Cole and Elijah Cole and a host of nieces and nephews.
A funeral service will be 12 noon Thursday at New Comer Cannon Funeral Home, 343 New Karner Road, Colonie, NY. Calling hours will precede the service from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
Pat was a very chartable and giving person. She donated to many organizations, including Sloan Cancer Center, National Breast Cancer Research Center, Habitat for Humanity, PETA and ASPCA.
Memorial contributions may be made to any of the above organizations in memory of Patricia.
