Patricia M. Ricupero

ALBANY – Patricia "Patty" Margaret Ricupero, 61, passed away on Monday, January 14, 2013 at her home, surrounded by her loving family.

Patricia was born on March 20, 1951 in Albany and was the daughter of the late Joseph J. and Doris M. (Yanas) Mason. She was a benefits examiner for the New York State Comptroller office for 28 years, before retiring in 2006. She was a parishioner of Blessed Sacrament Church and a member of the Polish American Community Club and the Joseph E. Zaloga Post 1520 American Legion Auxiliary. She enjoyed bingo, cooking, baking but most especially spending time with family, friends and her grandchildren. She also bartended at Duffy's Lucky Charm.

Patricia is survived by her loving sons, Anthony D. Ricupero (Patty Guerrieri) of St. Clair Shores, MI, Dominic C. Ricupero (Juliana) Duncansville, PA, and Michael V. Ricupero (Naomi) of Wilton, NY; her cherished grandchildren, Gia, Rocco, and Vincenzo Ricupero; her siblings, Michael Mason, Richard Mason, Paul Mason, and Virginia Davis; and several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her siblings, Joseph and John Mason, and Philomena Landon.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:30 a.m. Friday at Blessed Sacrament Church in Albany. Calling hours will be held at New Comer Cannon Funeral Home, 343 New Karner Road, Colonie on Thursday from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m.
