ALBANY- Patricia A. Smalls, 59, passed away on Saturday, December 15, 2018 surrounded by her loving family.
Pat was born in St. Petersburg, Florida on February 11, 1959 to William and Mary Smalls. Pat worked as a caring Certified Nursing Assistant at Daughters of Sarah Nursing Home, in Albany, NY for over 25 years.
She is predeceased by her father, William Smalls, and her brother-in-law, Keith Stinney.
She is survived by her children, Levar (Julie) Wilson, Jason (Kimberly) Wilson, and Ebony Wilson, her mother, Mary Smalls, her four grandchildren, Justice, Laya, Callee, and Jason Jr, her sisters, Valerie (Will Wakefield) Landy, and Stephanie Stinney, and her brothers, Rogers Smalls, Robert Smalls, and Cleamon (Margaret) Frazier.
Calling hours will be held at Wilborn Temple First Church of God In Christ, 121 Jay St, Albany, NY 12210, on Thursday, December 20, 2018 from 10:00am-12:00pm with a service to immediately follow. Burial will be held privately at the convenience of the family.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made in Pat's name to the Community Hospice of Albany, Gift Processing Center, 310 South Manning Blvd, Albany, NY.
