GUILDERLAND- Patricia "Pat" Ann Synfelt, 77, passed away on Wednesday, May 31, 2017 surrounded by the love of her family.
Pat was born in Albany, NY on February 6, 1940 to the late John and Betty McCarthy. On April 23, 1963 Pat married the late Bob S. Synfelt. Together they had two sons. Pat will be remembered for her caring personality. For 20 years she worked at several nursing homes in the capital district taking care of the elderly. She loved to go to shopping and out to lunch. Her passion in life was her family, friends, and sweets!
Pat is predeceased by her husband, Bob S. Synfelt.
She is survived by her two sons, Bob J. (Joanne)Synfelt, and Jeff Synfelt, her grand dog, Cooper, and a host of family and friends.
Calling hours will be held at New Comer Funerals & Cremations, 343 New Karner Road, Albany, NY 12205, on Sunday, June 4, 2017 from 1:00pm-3:00pm. A funeral service will be held at the funeral home on Monday, June 5, 2017 at 10:00am. Burial will be held at Memory Gardens Cemetery, Colonie, NY.
