Patrick G. Heery

COLONE- Patrick G. Heery, 45, of Colonie, passed away on Monday July 17, 2011 at his residence.
Pat was born in Saratoga Springs and was the son of the late James T. and Mary Tierney Heery. He was raised in Albany and attended Blessed Sacrament School and Albany High School. Pat was a graduate of Hudson Valley Community College. He was employed for twenty five years with the City of Albany, Parks and Recreation and more recently with the Water Department.
Pat will be greatly missed. He went about his life and work with a quiet dignity in spite of his many health issues and physical limitations.
He is the brother of Marie George, Kathleen Kirchner, Roberta Bullinger, James Bullinger, Bridget Heery (Paul) Mineau and Kelly Heery. He is the special uncle to Lauren, Michael and Joseph Mineau and several nieces and nephews.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Memorial Mass on Friday morning at 10:30 at Blessed Sacrament Church, Albany. There will be no calling hours. Memorial contributions may be made to Wildwood Foundation, 2995 Curry Rd. Ext., Schenectady, NY 12303 or Blessed Sacrament Church, 607 Central Ave., Albany, NY 12206 in memory of Patrick G. Heery.
