LATHAM – Patrick G. Marsh, 68, passed away on Saturday, June 5, 2010 at The Hospice Inn at St. Peter's Hospital, after a long illness.
Patrick was born on March 21, 1942 in Albany and was the son of the late Elizabeth (Bliven) Marsh. He worked as a tax regulations specialist for NYS Department of Tax and Finance for 30 years before retiring in 1996. He enjoyed horse racing, playing the stock market and was a DJ setting up karaoke at local area taverns.
Patrick is survived by his children, Patrick G. (Kathy) Marsh, Jr. of Latham and Kelly J. (Keith) Cipollo of Albany; his grandchildren, Isabella Elizabeth and Joseph Patrick; his brothers, John J. Marsh and Anthony Marsh; his sister, Marguerite Marsh and his friend, Josephine (Harold) Wagner.
The family would like to extend their sincere thanks to the staff at The Hospice Inn for their care and concern given to Patrick.
Funeral services will be held at 11:30 a.m. Tuesday at New Comer Cannon Funeral Home, 343 New Karner Rd., Colonie (Rt. 155-south of Central Ave.). Calling hours will be held on Monday from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
