Patrick Addison John Lewis (aka Addie) age 76 -
Born on the beautiful Island of Dominica to the late Lucy Marie Alexandra. He moved to St. Croix, Virgin Island at the age of 16 to work to help take care of his mother and siblings.
He passed away on Sunday, April 26, 2020 at his home in New York, surrounded by his loving family. He lived a fulfilling life as a husband, father, brother and friend to all.
He is survived by his loving wife of 56 years, Josephine John Lewis; two sisters, Agnes and Doris Alexander; one brother, Mitchell Matthew of England; his four daughters, Christine John Lewis, Sandra John Lewis-Stapleton, Vicky Brow, and Lucy Van Ness; his four sons, Addison (Junnie) Troy, Robert John Lewis and the late Leroy John Lewis. He has 30 grandchildren and 19 great grandchildren. He is also survived by his loving son-in-laws, Steve Brow and Michael Van Ness; daughter-in-laws, Shiffron and Shenell John Lewis and numerous nieces and nephews.
Services will be held privately by the family.
