SARATOGA SPRINGS - Patrick S. Sheehy, 47, passed away on Monday, August 27, 2018.
Patrick was born on February 16, 1971 in Albany and was the son of the late, John J. Sheehy II and Darlene G. (Ruth) Courtemanche. He graduated from Maple Hill High School in 1989 and attended Schenectady County Community College in culinary arts. He was a well known chef in the Capital District including his role as an Executive Chef at Brindisi's in Saratoga Springs and most recently at The Waters Edge Lighthouse in Glenville. He loved spending time at the Saratoga Race Course and his passion was cooking. He enjoyed spending time with his loving daughter, Reegan at Congress Park in Saratoga Springs.
Patrick is survived by his only daughter, Reegan M. Sheehy; Reegan's mother, Cathryn M. Sheehy; his brothers, John J. (Barbara) Sheehy III and William S. Sheehy; his step-mother, Barbara Sheehy; his step-brother, Rocco (Christine) Oppedisano; his step-sister, Lisa Payne and cousins, nieces and nephews.
Calling hours will be held on Friday, August 31st, from 3:00 to 5:00 p.m. at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, 343 New Karner Road, Colonie.
