POESTENKILL, NY---------Patrick J. Tomaselli, age 69, passed away peacefully on September 27, 2017.
He was the son of the late Dorothy Frank and Dominick Tomaselli.
Patrick received a Chemical Engineering Degree from RPI and obtained his Law Degree at Albany Law School. In addition to serving as Town Attorney for the Town of Poestenkill, he had a private practice in the town.
He was a member of the NYS Bar Association, the Troy Country Club and was an avid golfer. He loved spending time with his family, enjoyed reading, a good meal and spending time at his condo in Florida.
Patrick is survived by his beloved wife, Mary Miano-Tomaselli; his loving daughters: Gina Marie Tomaselli, Jennifer (Christopher) Duwe and Nicole L. Miano; his loving sister: Cathy (Ron) Tocci; cherished grandchildren: Kevin, Nicholas, Kyle, Philip and Cameron; his nephews: Michael and Mark; his niece Carrie Anne, many cousins and good friends.
All services will be private at the convenience of the family.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Patrick's memory to the American Diabetes Association, 2 Pine West Plaza, Albany, NY 12205, the American Cancer Society, 1 Penny Lane, Latham, NY 12110 or to the Northeast Kidney Foundation, 501 New Karner Road #6, Albany, NY 12205.
