Paul Dinan, 57, of Sebastian, FL, formerly of Valatie, NY passed away Monday October 12, 2009.
Paul was born in Troy, NY the son of Edward and Margaret (Goetz) Dinan. He was a resident of the capital district until two years ago when he and his wife Jeannine retired to Florida. Paul was a six year veteran of the US Navy, having served in the Vietnam War. After serving in the Navy, he continued working for the federal government with the US Postal Service. He worked as a postal clerk for 27 years before retiring and enjoyed camping and fishing in his leisure time.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by his wife Jeannine (Yager) Dinan, sons: Todd (Kathleen) Provancher and Scott Provancher, grandchildren: Ella and Edwin Provancher, three sisters, three brothers, many nieces and nephews and his canine companion Maggie.

The funeral service will be Friday 12:00 noon at New Comer Cannon Funeral Home, 343 New Karner Rd., Colonie (Rt. 155 south of Central). Calling hours will precede the service from 10:00am to 12:00 noon at the funeral home. Interment will be in Saratoga National Cemetery.
