Paul C. Snow

August 24, 1946 — June 15, 2013

LATHAM – Paul C. Snow, 66, passed away suddenly on Saturday, June 15, 2013 at St. Peter's hospital after a brief battle with Vasculitis. Born in Albany, he was the son of the late Charles P. and Marion Snow.

Paul served his country in the Army during the Vietnam War. He worked for the Times Union and retired after 30 plus years of service. Paul was a member of The Misty Blue Band for 40 years, playing keyboard and arranging pieces. He refurbished model trains and enjoyed spending summers on Sacandaga. Paul loved animals and was considered a "Dog Whisperer." He was a consummate handyman for anyone in need, allowing many people to maintain their independence.

Paul was the loving husband of 21 years to Nancy Fischer Snow; caring father of Laura (Robert) Cole of Pittsfield, MA, Lisa (Jeremy) DiFabbio of Patterson, NY and Brian (Julie) Bailey of Ballston Spa; brother of Ruth White; proud grandfather of Andrew, Corinne, Emily, Nick, Kyra, Alex, Noah and Matthew and uncle to Lisa, Steve, Karen and Cindy.
