LOUDONVILLE-Paul E. Felt, 83, passed away in his home on Friday, July 3, 2015 with his loving family by his side.
Paul was born on October 30, 1931, to the late Eric and Mildred Felt in Quincy, MA. Paul was a veteran of the Korean War and after his service he returned to Quincy. He then went on to attend Northeastern University where he majored in economics.
Soon after he met his loving wife of 55 years, Paula. Soon after graduating Paul began his 35 year career at the NYS Department of Motor Vehicles, where he eventually retired as a Director of Personnel Management. Paul was a member of the Colonie Elks, and his family was his passion in life. In his retirement he and his wife enjoyed travelling with close friends and family.
Paul is survived by his loving wife, Paula, his children; Ronald (Denise), Anthony (Alison), Stephen (Peggy), Michael (Moira), and Lisa (Shawn) Burns, and his 13 cherished grandchildren.
Calling hours will be held at Christ our Light Catholic Church, 1 Maria Drive, Loudonville, NY 12211, on Tuesday, July 7, 2015, from 4:00-6:00. A mass of Christian burial will be held on Wednesday, July 8, 2015 at 10:00am, with a burial to take place at St. Agnes Cemetery immediately following.
