Paul Frye Sr., 65, passed away unexpectedly on February 22nd, 2024. He was born in Niskayuna to Raymond Frye Jr. and Carmela Greco.
Paul loved to travel. He and Sarah went to many places, they enjoyed scuba diving in various locations and were planning their next adventures. He was a classic foodie, and would drive great distances to explore new restaurants. He was an avid woodcrafter and went to many fairs. Paul strongly supported the 2nd Amendment and had a collection he was proud of. He worked for the NYS Thruway Authority for over 15 years.
He was a loving and generous man with a huge heart and he will be greatly missed.
He is survived by his wife Sarah, daughters Crystal Frye and April Scheels, son Paul Frye Jr. granddaughters Maci Frye, Alana Scheels and Aniesa Frye and grandsons Amoni Nixon and Alijah Evans as well as a host of family and friends.
A visitation will be held on Saturday March 2nd from 12pm-3pm at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, 343 New Karner Rd, Colonie NY.
