Paul R. Keil. 59, passed away suddenly on December 17, 2020.
He was born on June 4, 1961, son of the late Richard and Elizabeth Keil.
Paul retired from NYS Office of General Services after 34 years of service. He will be remembered for his kindness and generosity, which will extend to others beyond his passing. He was a devoted husband, father and grandfather and treasured the time he spent with his family. He had a love of gardening that was beautifully displayed at their home starting each Spring through the Fall. He enjoyed planning and going on tropical adventures with his wife and friends. He will be dearly missed by all who were blessed to know him.
Paul is survived by the love of his life, his wife of 31 years, Shirley; their daughter Tracey Hempel (Will); grandsons, Luke and Morgan Hempel; brother Gary Keil and family; his sisters –in- law, Regina Thompson, Jennifer Breyette and her daughter, Amanda Breyette; brothers- in- law, Chuck Miner and David Miner, as well as several cousins and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate donations to the Guilderland EMS Station 2.
