Paul LaSalle

Paul LaSalle, 89, passed away peacefully Thursday, April 3rd, 2025 surrounded by his family.

Paul served his country in the United States Air Force as a mechanic for four years. Which evolved into a passion for restoring classic cars that carried through the rest of his life. Following serving in the military, he began his work as a master carpenter and married the love of his life, Delia on June 21, 1959. His hard work and dedication to his craft led to the construction of five homes, four of which he raised his family in. When not working, he enjoyed vegetable gardening, fishing, and his passion for cars. Most of all, he enjoyed spending time with his family.

He is survived by his beloved wife of 65 years, Delia LaSalle, his children: Susan (Fred Vanoni) La Salle Clifford, Marc (Reena) LaSalle, Shawn (Janelle) LaSalle, Shannon (Michelle) LaSalle, Jessica (Roger) West. He is also survived by his grandchildren: Marianne Clifford, Patricia Plue, Ryan LaSalle, Veronica Diog, Marcus LaSalle, Julia LaSalle, Shawn Michael LaSalle, Brayden LaSalle, Riley LaSalle, Kiera LaSalle, Nicholas Langenbach, Austin Langenbach, Noah Martano, Trinity West and Bridgette West. His siblings: Delores Sharp, Carl LaSalle and Vicky Lopez. As well as numerous extended families including great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

Paul was predeceased by his children whom he missed very much: Paul Thomas LaSalle, Kathleen Bridgette LaSalle and Timothy Michael LaSalle. As well as his siblings: Allen LaSalle, Errol LaSalle and Blanch Bringle.

Services will be held at St. Johns the Evangelist located at 806 Union St., Schenectady, NY, 12308 on Wednesday, April 9, 2025. Calling hours will be 2pm-4pm with a funeral mass following directly after.

Burial will be on Thursday, April 10, 2025 at Sacred Heart Cemetery (Stamford Cemetery) located at 3 Mountain Avenue, Stamford, NY, 12167
