Paul Orsini

COLONIE – Paul V. Orsini Sr., 91, of Colonie, passed away on Monday, October 09, 2006. Born in Albany, Mr. Orsini had resided in Colonie for over fifty years. He worked for and retired from the New York State Office of Mental Health. Paul was active in the C.S.E.A. and was a member of the Colonie Elks Lodge #2192 and the Polish American Citizens Club. He enjoyed fishing and golfing. Paul is the beloved husband of 57 years to Lucy (Rutolo) Orsini. He is the devoted father of Ann Marie Boughtin and her husband, John of Fairport, NY and Paul V. Orsini, Jr. and his wife, Lisa of Clifton Park. He is the cherished grandfather of Jonathan Paul Boughtin of Nashville, TN. Paul is the loving brother of Joseph Orsini and his wife, Lillian of Colonie and Margaret Bartol and her husband, Frank of LaMesa, CA.
Funeral services will be Saturday morning at10:15 at New Comer-Cannon Family Funeral Home, 343 New Karner Rd., Colonie (Rt. 155-south of Central Ave.) then to Our Lady of Mercy Church at 11:00 a.m. where the Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated. Calling hours will be Friday from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Interment will be in Calvary Cemetery, Glenmont.
