Paul Sylvester

VALATIE, NY – Paul D. Sylvester, 68, passed away on Sunday, August 26, 2007. Born in Schenectady, he was the son of the late Earl and Charlotte Sylvester. Paul was a graduate of Draper High School class of 1957. He is the devoted father of Deborah (William) Gomke and Douglas P. Sylvester. He is the cherished grandfather of Christopher, Joshua, Aaron, David and Jennifer. He is the brother of Donna (Harry) Ritchie. Also surviving is his beloved friend, Beverly Kallner.
Funeral services will be Thursday at 1:00 p.m. at New Comer-Cannon Family Funeral Home, 343 New Karner Rd., Colonie (Rt. 155-south of Central Ave). Calling hours will precede the service from 11:00 to 1:00 at the funeral home. Interment will be in Memory's Garden, Colonie. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions would be appreciated to the American Cancer Society, 260 Osborne Rd., Loudonville, NY 12211 in memory of Paul D. Sylvester.
