Paulette Taylor

GUILDERLAND – Paulette Taylor, 60, passed away on Tuesday, November 13, 2007 at St. Clare's Hospital.
Paulette was born on April 3, 1947 in Brooklyn, NY and is the daughter of Mrs. Leola Taylor and the late Rudolph Taylor. She graduated from Baruch College in NYC and received her law degree from Syracuse University. She had a career in public service, culminating in her appointment as council for the NYS Division for Women. She was a member of Alpha Kappa Sorority, Inc.
In addition to her mother, Paulette is survived by her loving children, David Anthony Taylor, Jaquel Carmine Taylor and McKee Alyzandria Taylor; her three sisters, Brigitte, Bernadette and Melissa; her five brothers, Rudolph Jr., Pierre, Joseph, Carmichael and Lanvin and a host of nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins. She was predeceased by a sister, Carlotta and four brothers, Lamont, Andre, William and Anthony.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday at 10:00 a.m. at Carman Road Alliance Church, 3313 Carman Rd., Schenectady. Interment will follow at Prospect Hill Cemetery in Guilderland Center. Calling hours will be held at New Comer-Cannon Family Funeral Home, 343 New Karner Rd., Colonie (Rt. 155-south of Central Ave.) on Friday from 4 to 8 p.m.
