Perry Wyatt, Jr.

Perry Wyatt Jr. was born on October 30th, 1962, to his parents Perry Sr. and the late Alice Jean Wyatt in Brooklyn, New York. Perry, affectionately known as Peabody, was a 1979 graduate of Wingate High School in Brooklyn, NY. After graduation, he worked as a Security Guard at Cabs Nursing home in Brooklyn.

Perry met the love of his life, the late Beverly Wyatt, while attending a church service in Brooklyn, NY. He later moved to Albany, NY, where he and Beverly were married, and they gave birth to two sons. Perry was a great husband and father who loved to dance, listen to music, and make everyone laugh. He had a great heart and a beautiful spirit.

Perry Wyatt Jr. departed this life on March 31st, 2023, at 5:05pm, in Albany Medical Center, surrounded by his loved ones. He was predeceased by his mother Alice J. Wyatt, wife Beverly Wyatt and brother Reginald Wyatt. Perry Wyatt Jr. leaves, to cherish his memory, his father, Perry Wyatt Sr. of Brooklyn, NY, children Desmond Wyatt of Albany, NY and Perry Wyatt (Daneesha) of Schenectady, NY, grandchildren Perry Jr. & Asiyah Wyatt of Schenectady, NY, brother Michael Wyatt of Wilson, NC, sisters Alice Faye Revell (James) of Elm City, NC, Renee Wyatt and Denise Vickers (David) of Brooklyn, NY, and a host of nephews, nieces, cousins & friends.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend his calling hours on Friday April 14, 2023 from 10 to 11 a.m. at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, 343 New Karner Road, Colonie, NY 12205. All are invited to attend hs funeral service following at 11 a.m. Interment will be in Graceland Cemetery, Albany, NY.
