ALBANY- Peter A. Muia, 48, of Albany, died peacefully on Sunday March 8, 2009 at St. Peters Hospital, surrounded by his loving family.
He was born in Albany and was a 1980 graduate of CBA. Peter had attended Schenectady Community College. He had operated several family owned restaurants in Albany. Peter enjoyed ballroom dancing and frequenting casinos.
He is the beloved son of Jean Barranca Muia and the late James Muia. Peter is the brother of Mary (Peter) Kehrer, James (Luisa) Muia and Theresa Muia. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Special thanks to the wonderful staff at St. Peters Hospital 4th floor, especially Amy, Kim, Patti and Geina.
