Peter J. Williams Sr.

Peter J. Williams Sr. passed away on January 6, 2016 at St. Peter's Hospice Inn.
Peter was born on February 5, 1930 son of the late Rocco and Loretta Williams.
Peter is the beloved husband of 62 years to Lucille A. (Tudico) Williams and the loving father of Peter Jr. and his wife Jamie. Also remembered with love by his sisters-in-law Pauline Metchick, Nancy Losavio and her husband Rocco, Elizabeth Williams; nieces and nephews and a special friend Joe Keller.
Pete served in the US Army in Germany from 1951-1953. Upon his return he drove tractor trailer for local brewery until he began working in construction for local 190 until his retirement.
Pete was predeceased by his parents: brothers Rocco Jr. and Edward T.; a sister Anna Mae and 17 month old son, Stephen.
Visitation will be held on Monday, January 11, 2016 from 9-10:30am at St. Francis of Assisi Church (South end site), 95 4th Ave, Albany, NY 12202. A mass of Christian Burial will be held 10:30 am following visitation at St. Francis of Assisi. Interment will be held following services at Calvary Cemetery in Glenmont.
In lieu of flowers those who wish to make a memorial contribution to St. John's Center, 88 4th Ave, Albany, NY 12202.
