Peter A. Paige, 70, of Schenectady passed away October 27, 2020. Born in Schenectady, he was the son of the late Emmet and Barbara Paige.
Peter proudly served his country in the Navy during the Vietnam War, he was also a volunteer fireman for various locations. Peter enjoyed going to fairs, and he loved fishing. He was a great cook and often volunteered to cook for the church. He was an avid gardener and took great pride and care of his produce and enjoyed sharing with friends and neighbors.
Peter is survived by his partner, Nancy Johnson of Schenectady, children Jeffrey, Kevin, Tina and Carrie, brothers Bruce of Florida, Brian of Schenectady and David of Virginia, and a host of grandchildren, nieces, nephews and friends.
A visitation will be held Wednesday November 4th from 12pm-1pm, with a service at 1pm at New Comer Cremation & Funerals, 343 New Karner Rd, Colonie NY 12205. Interment to follow at Gerald B.H. Solomon National Cemetery 200 Duell Rd, Schuylerville NY
Social distance practices will be in effect and chapel size is limited to current NYS guidelines. Masks are required in the building.
