Peter H. Scranton, 74, of Rotterdam, passed away peacefully on Sunday, May 31, 2020 at Ellis Hospital.
Born in Cambridge, NY on May 19, 1946, Peter was the son of the late James Scranton, Sr. and Irene (Blake) Scranton.
He was the devoted husband to the late Edith (Sweeney) Scranton, who passed away March 6, 1999.
Besides his parents, and his wife, Peter was predeceased by his brother, Robert.
Peter is survived by his brothers, Larry (Lillian) Scranton and James (Sharon) Scranton. He is also survived by a dear friend, Catherine A. Richards, as well as many caregivers.
Services will be private at the convenience of the family. Entombment will be in Memory Gardens, Colonie.
