DELMAR-Peter C. Sheehan, 63, passed away peacefully on, December 10, 2018, surrounded by his loving family.
Peter was born on September 9, 1955 to Edward and Wynne Sheehan in Albany, NY. He was a graduate of BCHS, and he went on to hold many different jobs. He retired as a Collections Manager this last November. On September 17, 2006, Peter married Laurel Hart. They were married for 12 years. Peter will be remembered for his love of nature and the outdoors.
Peter is predeceased by his father, Edward M. Sheehan Sr., and his brother, Edward M. Sheehan Jr.
He is survived by his beloved wife, Laurel, his son, Peter A. Sheehan, his mother, Wynne Sheehan, his sister, Mary O'Connell, his brothers, Tom (Mary) Sheehan, and Dan (Tara) Sheehan, and a host of nieces, nephews, family, and friends.
Calling hours will be held at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, 343 New Karner Road, Albany, NY 12205, on Monday, December 17, 2018 from 5:00pm-6:30pm, with a service to immediately follow.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made in Peter's name to the Community Hospice, Gift Processing Center, 310 South Manning Blvd, Albany, NY.
