Philip D. Harris

COLONIE – Philip D. Harris, 42, of Colonie, passed away suddenly on Saturday, April 17, 2010. Born in Albany, he had lived in Colonie for most of his life. Philip was an avid outdoorsman, enjoying camping, fishing, hunting and canoeing. He enjoyed helping his mother around the house and was very handy. There was nothing he couldn't fix. Philip especially enjoyed spending time with his niece and nephews. He was a thoughtful, loving and caring son, brother and uncle. Philip is the beloved son of Suzanne M. Harris and the late Philip F. Harris. He is the cherished brother of Victoria (Thomas) Niles of Latham. He is the loving uncle of Jessica, Michael and Zachary Niles. Philip is the nephew of Mary Ellen (Daniel) Dedrich, John Fahey, Barbara (Robert) Bulson and Virginia (Ernest) Peretta. Also surviving are many cousins.
Funeral services will be private at the convenience of the family. There will be no calling hours. Interment will be in Memory's Garden, Colonie.
