New Jersey - Philip J. Keller died on Saturday, December 10, 2023 at home with his loving family. Born in Montclair, NJ, and raised in Wayne, NJ, Phil was the husband of Diane Lindstrom Keller and son of Helen and Philip Keller, Sr. Phil is survived by his children Christopher and Vicki and by his grandson Wolfgang.
Phil was a mechanical engineer who held various patents on tooling for medical implants, automatic fluid injection system, and large scale torque wrenches. He was an active DIYer that loved designing and building. He was an active athlete who competed in speed skating, bicycle racing, marathoning and cross country races. A dedicated fly fisherman, he taught classes of fly tying, rod building and target casting.
Services will be at a later date determined by the family.
The family asks that donations be made to the Davis Phinney Foundation for Parkinsons or to the ASCPA.
