Price Caldwell, Sr. passed away on May 11, 2023 at Collar City Rehabilitation Center in Schaghticoke, NY.
He was born to parents Harry Caldwell and Retha (nee White) Caldwell in Durham, NC in 1939. He leaves to cherish one sister, Nina B. Caldwell. He is also also survived by his five children: Price Caldwell, Jr., Dwayne Caldwell, Virinia Caldwell-Hickman, Denise Caldwell and Darryl Caldwell, Sr.; 14 grandchildren: Mistique Caldwell, Price Caldwell 3rd, Pryceless Caldwell, Dija Oliver, Emanuel Caldwell, KashShawn Caldwell, Shakir Caldwell, Wesley Harris 3rd, Xavier Skeeter, Shamia Whitehead, Timesha Whitehead, Barbara Whitehead, Gregory Caldwell, Darryl Caldwell 2nd and a host of great-grandchildren, cousins & friends.
He was predeceased by his parents Harry and Retha; five sisters: Roberta Thompson, Annie Leigh, Nellie Caldwell, Mary Nicholson and Victoria Harris; three brothers: Charlie Caldwell, James Caldwell and Herman Caldwell.
At Price Sr.'s request, no funeral or memorial service will be held.
