Rachael M. Zemken

Niskayuna- Rachael M. Zemken, 41, passed away peacefully at her home on May 5, 2018 with her loving family by her side. Born on June 29, 1976, she is the daughter of Josephine Mulligan and the late Helmet Zemken. She was predeceased by two brothers, Dennis Zemken and Vaughn Zemken. She is survived by her brothers: Peter Zemken, Ronald Zemken and John Zemken; she is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Rachael's family wishes to express their gratitude to the staff of the CP Center, VNA and the many neighbors and friends for their loving and compassionate care.
A memorial service will be held at 11 am on Friday, May 11 at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, 343 New Karner Road, Colonie. A period of visitation will be for one hour prior to the service. Burial will follow at Maple Ave. Cemetery, Fultonville, NY.
