Clifton Park – Ray "Zeke" Muzio, 75, passed away peacefully Tuesday July 29, 2008 at Ellis Hospital.
Ray was born in Albany, the son of the late Mario and Marie (Sainato) Muzio and was a lifelong capital district area resident. As a younger man, he worked for Tobin Meat Packing in West Albany and later worked for Town of Colonie with the Latham Water Dept. retiring over ten years ago. Ray was also an avid NY Yankee and NY Giant fan.
He is survived by his daughter Raena Muzio of Clifton Park, his brother Dick (Florence) Muzio of Colonie, his nieces; Sandra (Jack) Corona and Susan(Dominick) Coluccio, his grand-nephew Anthony and his grand-niece Jacqueline.
Funeral services will be held 10:30am Saturday from New Comer-Cannon Funeral Home, 343 New Karner Rd., Colonie (Rt. 155 south of Central Ave.) then to St. Clare's Church, where a Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:00am. Calling hours will precede the services from 8:30am to 10:30am at the funeral home. Interment will be at Our Lady of Angels Cemetery.
