Ray was born in Albany to Philip Lupe and the late Eleanor Lupe.
In addition to his father, Ray is survived by his brothers, Philip (Angie), Leonard (Sandra), David, Thomas (Sharon), Peter (Bonnie), Paul (Joanne), George (Cindy), Mark (Sandy) and Daniel. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be private.
