Regina D. Chandler, 65, died at her home in Colonie, New York. Ms. Chandler was born December 18, 1952, in Albany, New York, to the late Robert and Sue Betty (Holt) Chandler.
She attended Colonie High School and continued her education at the University of Buffalo and Suny Albany School of Nursing, receiving a degree in Nursing. Regina served the community as a registered nurse for 22 years before retiring from St. Peter's Hospital in Albany, NY.
Regina was a lover of jazz, fine dining and shopping, she also enjoyed spending time with friends and family.
She is survived by her brothers and their wives, Willie and Alice Chandler, Robert and Pamela Chandler, and Joseph Chandler and Stephanie Johnson. She is also survived by her nieces and nephew, Janelle Chandler-Edmonds, Andrea Chandler, Betty Chandler, Robert Chandler, Regina Chandler, Alison Chandler and host of grand nieces and nephews. As well as devoted friends Diane Powell, Lachesha Kinsey, and Nijah Goodwyn.
