August 29, 1965 — June 29, 2017

Regina Lizanne Hall was called home to heaven the afternoon of June 29th in her home with her loved ones in Troy NY. She was born August 29th 1965 in Hudson NY. She graduated from Hudson High School class of '83 and attended Dutchess Community college. She began working for New York State Bill and Drafting in 1986 she worked for NYS for 30 years. In 2014 she started working for Children's Court from November to March 2015.

In high school, she was very athletic, she was inducted into the Who's Who of America, through The National Athletics Trainers Association for shot put and track and field. She played volleyball and the clarinet. Zumba, Dance, Swimming, aerobics, and supporting her boys through their various sporting activities, were a few of her favorite things

Regina married the love of her life Willis Keith Hall On October 5th 1991. Together they have two sons Spencer Keith Hall and Quintan Alexander Hall, one grandson Demetrius Spencer Hall and granddaughter soon to come. Regina leaves behind her mother Shelia Ann Ramsey, of Hudson New York, brother,Vance G. Smith of Troy NY, niece and God-daughter Amber R. Smith – Poindexter (Michael), niece Ashlee L. Smith (Keith). Mother-in-law Kim Hall-Sprague, Sister-in-law Kristy M. Sprague and brother in law Michael A. Hall from Toledo Ohio, sister in law Cynthia Johnson (EJ) and three nephews Eric ,Bryan and Nicholas. Regina is predeceased by her father Edward Brown, her brother Kenneth E. Brown, and step-father Richard Ramsey.

A calling hour will be held on Wednesday, July 5, 2017 from 12:30pm-1:30pm at New Comer Funerals & Cremations, 181 Troy Schenectady Road, Watervliet, NY 12189. A funeral service will begin at 1:30pm at the funeral home. Following the service the family will continue Regina's life at the Volunteer Fire Company of Center Brunswick, 1045 Hoosick Road, Troy, NY 12180.
