ALBANY – Renda passed away peacefully at home January 31, 2022, born in Anniston Alabama May 18, 1948, To Ray Kimble and Inez Sims. She moved to Albany with her family in 1958.

Graduate of Philip Schuyler High School and received her Business Degree from The College of Saint Rose.

Renda was the first African American Woman to host a talk show in the capital district. She worked at WROW and WTRY in the 1970's. She later moved on to and retired from NYS

Pre-deceased by her sister Evelyn Miller

Survived by Siblings: Nona Fay Mitchell of Pensacola, Fla, Patricia Mallory of Schenectady, Charles Kimble (Sue) of Albany, Homer Bosh of Schenectady, Vanessa Bosh of Albany, Sandy Bosh of Albany and a host of nieces and nephews. Also survived by dear friend Rhonda Brown.

Renda was loved and will be missed by her family
