Richard Willey,56, passed away on Friday, April 23, 2010 after a long illness. He was born in Albany to the late William and Victoria Willey. Richard loved to watch Nascar.
Richard is survived by his nine siblings; William Willey, Robert Willey, Donna Carosella-Stepp, Michael Willey, Stephen Willey, Timothy Kenyon, Kathy Cacchione, Marie Barta and David Willey. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
