COLONIE- Richard V. Dunbeck, Jr., age 59, passed away surrounded by family on January 7, 2023 at St. Peter's Hospital.
He was born in Albany, the son of the late Richard Sr. and Joanne Dunbeck. He was also predeceased by his daughter, Taryn Dunbeck and his brother, Thomas Dunbeck.
Richard worked for Chris-Craft Industries and Aetna Dental, before retiring in 2006. He was a big Minnesota Vikings fan, he loved reading comics and listening to his favorite band Chicago.
He is survived by his wife, Linda; his sons: Richard III and Sean, his aunt Maryvesta Madrigal (Ramon); and many cousins, nieces and nephews.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend his calling hours on Monday January 16, 2023 from 10 a.m. to 12 Noon at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, 343 New Karner Road, Colonie, NY 12205. All are invited to attend his funeral service following at 12 Noon. Interment will be in Our Lady of Angels Cemetery, Colonie.
