AMSTERDAM – Richard S. Pawloski, 68, of Amsterdam passed away peacefully on October 27, 2023. He was born on March 25, 1955, a son of the late Steve and Helen Pawloski.
Richard lived his life to the fullest by enjoying many hobbies. He loved nature and spent many hours camping and hiking with family and friends. He spent time designing and creating landscapes for his model train collection along with building model cars. Richard also enjoyed woodworking and building Adirondack-style furniture. His favorite times were those spent with family, cooking (making homemade pierogi), celebrating events and making others laugh with his sense of humor. He will be forever missed by those who knew and loved him.
Richard was predeceased by his companion of 22 years, Felecia Mullins.
He is survived by his beloved daughter, Amanda (Alex) Brownell; his grandson, Carson; his sisters, Dorothy Richeson and Barbara Minch along with nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visiting hours will be held from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm with a funeral service to immediately follow at 4:00 pm on Wednesday, November 1, 2023 at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, 343 New Karner Road, Colonie.
