ALBANY, NY – Rita E. Skadra, 54, passed away on Saturday, April 30, 2011 with her family by her side. Born in Albany, she was the daughter of the late William and Rita Seward. She was educated in the Albany School system. Rita is survived by her brothers and sisters: Bruce W. Seward, Lawrence M. Seward, Patricia A. Chiplock, Nancy E. Cerullo, William E. Seward Jr., and Jeffrey H. Seward. Also surviving are several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be private at the convenience of the family. There will be no calling hours. Memorial contributions would be appreciated to the Capital District Psychiatric Center, 75 New Scotland Ave., Albany, NY 12208 in memory of Rita E. Skadra.
