Greenville/Schenectady NY- Robert E. Warner 84, passed away on Thursday, April 17, 2014 surrounded by his loving family following a courageous battle with cancer.
Born on September 4, 1929 in Schenectady, NY, he was the son of the late Ervin H. Warner and Helen E. (Dando) Warner. After attending Schenectady Schools, Bob enlisted in the United States Air Force. He proudly served in Korea and Vietnam and retired from the Air Force with the rank of Technical Sergeant after 20 years of honorable service to his country. After his military career, Bob was employed by the General Electric Company for 20 years until his retirement.
In addition to his parents, he is also predeceased by his brother Leonard Warner, Sister Leona Bottieri and brothers-in-law, George Endries and Ronald Bottieri.
Bob is survived by his beloved wife of 58 years, Kazuko, and his loving children, Patricia (Joseph) Parillo of Greenville, David (Rita) Warner of Rotterdam and Linda (Kevin) Warner of Scotia. Grandchildren, Ricci and Angelo Guidarelli, Alexandra and Matthew Warner, Michael, Shannon and Michelle Callahan. His sister, Alice Endries, of Rotterdam and several nieces and nephews. Bob truly enjoyed spending time with his loving wife and family. Bob was a kind and gentle man, wonderful husband, father and grandfather. He will be deeply missed by his family and all who knew him.

Funeral Service will be held at New Comer Cannon. Calling hours on Thurs. April 24th from 11-1 and memorial service to follow. Interment to be held on Friday, April 25th at 10:30 a.m. at Saratoga National Cemetery with military honors
